Do I need to return the car with a full tank of gas?
Yes, you must return the car with a full tank of gas.
What happens if I return the car without a full tank?
Simply return the car as it is. A designated fee will be charged, and payment will be processed using the credit card provided at the time of booking.
What should I do if a parking violation sticker is placed on the car?
If you cannot provide proof of payment, a parking violation penalty of 20,000 yen will be charged.
Can I rent an ETC card?
No, we do not offer ETC card rentals. Please bring your own ETC card.
Can I rent a car with my home country's driver's license and passport?
No, in order to drive in Japan, you need an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic. (Some countries also require a certified translation.) Please obtain the necessary documents before entering Japan.
How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through the booking page on our official website or by sending us a message via Instagram DM.
Can I pay in cash?
No, we do not accept cash payments, either at the time of booking or for any additional charges.
